Project Cost – $1,100,000

Alberta’s first net-zero commercial building with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.  This project utilized an Integrated Project Delivery Process (IPD) in which all participants – consultants, engineers, and contractors – became collaborative team members.  Project included 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, three boardrooms, a kitchen, and a multi-purpose special events room.
