General Foreman
The General Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day job site management and is capable of handling any project size and complexity in the company. This includes responsibility for leading the project team on site and achieving project objectives, including timelines, budget and quality requirements and productivity management as set out by the Project Manager and building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. The General Foreman reports directly to the Project Manager.

Foreman
The Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day job site management and is capable of handling most major projects in the company. This includes responsibility for leading the project team on site, achieving the project objectives, including timelines, budget, and quality requirements and productivity management as set out by the Project Manager and building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff. The Foreman reports directly to the Project Manager.

Lead Hand
A Lead Hand is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned project or assists a General Foreman on a major project. This includes executing instructions as set out by the Project Manager or General Foreman, managing all aspects of site work and building team morale.

Service Representative
A Journeyman/Apprentice with people skills and organization skills. This includes finalizing paperwork and completing all aspects of the small project.

Journeyman Electrician
A Journeyman is a well-rounded electrician who has completed their apprenticeship program and is trained in all phases of electrical construction installation in various building styles and maintenance of equipment after installation.

Apprentice
As an Apprentice, you will spend approximately 80% of your time working on the job, while learning the systems associated with the electrical trade. The balance of your time is spent in theoretical and technical in-school training which reinforces and expands the experience gained while working.
